Adjusting the Running Belt for the First Time Use is crucial for your safety. Use the included wrench to rotate the bolt at the end of the treadmill to make the running belt appropriately tight. After the adjustment is completed, first observe whether the belt is running smoothly without load, and then start exercising.

If there are wrinkles or gaps between the running belt and the running board, it means that the running belt is loose and still needs to be tightened. If the running belt is stuck and not smooth, it is too tight and needs to be loosened. If it is still tight and the treadmill has been used for more than 4-6 months, you may need to add lubricant.
